Smoking is prohibited in the entire apartment with the exception of the balcony where you will find an ashtray.

Please do not throw cigarette butts and ashes into the street. Thank you

The swimming pool is open from 15 June to 15 September, from 10am to 2pm and from 4pm to 8pm

It is mandatory to respect the regulations posted at the pool entrance, in particular:

• Use is prohibited in the absence of a lifeguard

• Take a shower before entering, and use a cap

• Running, playing football, diving and disturbing other users are prohibited.

• Adult supervision is required for children under 12 years of age

In the Municipality of Porto San Paolo it is mandatory to separate waste collection, please find below al the information:

Please respect silence between 10pm and 8.30am, and between 12.30pm and 2.30pm.

It is strictly forbidden to cause disturbance with shouting and noise, both inside the apartment and in the common areas, stairs, courtyard, etc.

It is also forbidden to organize parties or events of any kind.

IT IS PROHIBITED TO:

-Host overnight people not included in the reservation.

-Use a BBQ and fire in general.

-Touch or tamper with the scooter in the garden.

-Organize parties and disturb the neighbors with noises and shouts both inside the apartment and in the common areas (stairs, courtyard, swimming pool, etc.).
