The apartment is equipped with utensils and appliances, but consumables are not included.

Bed and bathroom linen are not included in the booking price and will only be provided if you requested and paid for it when completing the check-in form.

Beach towels are not provided

Please keep in mind that it is a 4G cellular connection and that you are on an island, not everything is always perfect even if we use it regularly.

Tap water is NOT drinkable but can be used for preparing and cooking food

Considering that Sardinia often suffers from drought, we will be grateful if you make conscious and correct use of water, trying to reduce the environmental impact of your stay, thus avoiding waste of water

Air conditioning is available in all rooms, to turn on the air conditioners use the remote controls available.

Please do not leave air conditioners on when you are not at home, or  when the windows are open

The swimming pool is in operation from mid-June to mid-September

• Opening hours: 10am-2pm and 4pm-8pm - evening and night use prohibited

• It is prohibited to use the pool if lifeguard is not on duty

• It is mandatory to take a shower before entering, and to use a cap

• It is forbidden to run, play football, dive and disturb other users.

• Adult supervision is required for children under 12 years of age
